Kenneth Ellsworth, Sr.

Ken started this business at its roots in 1977. He is a wealth of knowledge that we all draw from when necessary. 

Now that Ken is partially retired, he enjoys RVing with his wife and cats. He also enjoys bowling, participating in community events, HAM radio, and riding his motorcycle.

SECOND HEAD TECH  Josh Christopher

Having been with us since 2021, Josh's work ethic and determination quickly pushed him to status of head technician. He is a natural leader and pushes our whole team to perform at their best, no matter what's happening. He has been an asset from the beginning and continues to impress us and our customers.

TECHNICIAN Jake Beach

Jake came to us in 20__ with a background in construction. Those skills have translated nicely into the HVAC realm and he continues to improve every day.

These days Jake is a new dad and spends the majority of his time working both as an employee and a fantastic dad. He is also passionate about animals and enjoys fishing in his free time.

TECHNICIAN Chris Raymond

Chris brings youth and an open mind to the business. His curious nature and willingness to learn any skill we throw at him make him important to our team. 

Chris has several pets that he cares for in his free time and enjoys playing basketball.

TECHNICIAN Trevor Fidler

The newest addition to our team, Trevor is a fast learner and a hard worker. He shows up ready to work every day and takes pride in his effort.

Cierra will probably be the person most customers talk to when they call KWK. She handles customer relations, banking, billing, and anything else we throw at her!
