Family owned and operated for more than 45 years
Started in 1977 by Ken Ellsworth Sr. as Ellsworth Refrigeration, Ellsworth Heating & Cooling, Inc. saw many changes and adaptations over the years.
As Ken Sr. became ready to start part-time retirement, 2022 brought big changes with Ken Jr. and his wife taking over.
Entertaining big dreams and lofty goals, they grew the business into a successful in-demand service company.
Now with a fleet of vehicles, a staff of seven employees, and a packed schedule, rebranding as KWK Mechanical will launch the business into a more diverse and expansive company in hopes of bringing on skilled plumbers, construction workers, and electricians to better suit the needs of Oswego County and the surrounding areas. The goal is to become the most trusted and honest refrigeration, heating, and cooling company in the state.

Kristy Ellsworth, who is also Ken Jr.'s wife.

We treat every customer as a family member.
Ken Jr. prides himself on honesty and compassion towards the customers, offering them outside the box options to save them money and frustration. He will never sell customers items they don't need, putting the financial security of the customer above the bottom line.
Ken is a hard worker that puts in many hours every week to get customers what they need, but when he does take time off his hobbies include bowling, keeping busy with home projects, and spending time with his son.
